OUR SPECIALITY

Defects Hyperion can
help you catch.

Four categories of defect cover most of what slips past a line. We can help you catch it.

Frequently asked questions

How do we get started?

Book a free consultation: 30 minutes with an engineer, no sales pitch. Bring your defect list and we’ll show you what Hyperion can catch on your line, and scope a pilot from there.

Does Hyperion work outside automotive?

Yes. Hyperion is built for manufacturing quality control with deep roots in automotive, but the same visual AI approach applies anywhere defects need to be caught in real time: electronics, packaging, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, metals, and general assembly. As a rule of thumb, if you can see it and describe it, Hyperion can catch it.

Do we need to buy new cameras or special hardware?

Usually not. Hyperion works with the standard industrial and IP cameras most lines already have, streaming over standard protocols like RTSP and GigE Vision, with no proprietary hardware to buy. If your line isn’t instrumented yet, we’ll help you spec a camera setup during the consultation.

Do we need machine learning expertise or training data?

No. First off, we’ll help you through every step of the way, including data collection. More importantly, Hyperion’s AI co-pilot assembles and configures the vision agent with you through a guided workflow: you describe the defect, test the agent in a playground, and deploy without writing any model code. And it doesn’t stop at deployment: our engineers stay available afterwards, so your team is never left figuring things out alone.

Can Hyperion integrate with our existing systems?

The short answer is yes. We understand the need to integrate with your existing systems: stream live results to your MES, SCADA, or data warehouse, or pull them from anywhere via API. Every company runs different systems, so if we don’t have the integration you need, we’ll work with you to build it out.

How is our production data handled and secured?

We adapt to your security requirements. Hyperion can run fully on-premise so footage never leaves your facility, or in a secure cloud deployment, whichever your team is comfortable with. Either way you keep control of your data, and every inspection is logged with a complete audit trail.

How much does Hyperion cost?

Pricing is scoped to your deployment (lines, cameras, and inspection points) and we keep it competitive. Reach out and we’ll give you a clear picture after a short consultation; most teams start with a pilot on a single line.
